Help to get to level 45+

Well i got a new account gt- K Burns4Heisman. I was a legit 50 untill my account ran out. Next week I have spring break and need a team. I offer 1600 mc points. I would prefer the level of the account be in the 30's or below but be a lot better than that. Thanks a lot.
