I can work with it, But to give constructive criticism:

The text needs to be a different color, Or give it a drop shadow or a light blue/color stroke. Smudging isn't 100% perfect, but its good, its not painfully obvious of the hash marks by the brush, but it can be noticed.

Its okay, i think the effects on her chin right at the bottom set it off so it looks bad to me.

LOL, the text has a drop shadow and a black stroke, there was no smudging at all , and no brush was used. I used the lasso tool and filters and the text tool. but close?

looks like smudging to me around her face :P Still hard to read the text though
