Yea, you really need to get away from the brushes and gaussian blur, its really novice. If you do continue, look up some tutorials form good sites to learn from, dont follow them step for step to make your tags tho.

ha i hate tuturials and i only used a brush for one click in all those sigs lol and didnnt use gausian blur in any of them

I think he should keep with the blurs it makes his sigs look great, but what he need to do is master that concept. I agree with everyone else you should keep making sigs your really good, sooner or later you will be like Jack. Making Wonderful Sigs
