It's easy. Get Quicktime Pro. It's $20, backed by Apple, and simple to use. I've tried tons of other DVD converters as well, and none work as well as Quicktime.

Yes, we are all sub-literate neanderthals that can barely work a toaster, let alone something as complicated as a *gasp* software program! My brain is hurting just thinking about it!
