Burn the Beta! BF-Bad Company

I know this site is all about halo but I was just curious of how many players are interested in other shooters.

I did it guys/gals! There is 25 days left and I figured out a way to burn the beta on a regular blank 4.7 dvd +R or -R. And the best part of this all...you don't need a modded xbox to play!

Well, wait, aren't you gonna get banned from xbox live? NOPE! I've been to many sources and I haven't seen one story of people getting banned. All the replies have been positive and My friend (in real life) is playing right now 'cause I'm the one who burned it for him!

Ok, I'm not gonna break any forum rules here but if anyone thinks otherwise go ahead and delete my thread. I'm not gonna post any external links.

Well first of all, I downloaded my beta from about 11 rapidshare links off of a warez forum. Them links extracted came with a .dvd file and a .iso file. I downloaded a program called imgburn and I just simply opened up the .dvd file. The .dvd file will recognize the .iso and that's it! Just click on write! Put it in your 360, wait a little bit until your 360 does nothing. Go to your videos in the media blade and press X to change source. Now the cd/dvd button should be highlighted. Click on it and there you go. Other way is to just go to games library and wait a sec and it should pop up.

If you don't have a rapidshare account to download all the links and extract. You can just download it using a torrent. The beta is about 1.7 gigs.

Well anyways, I just though I'd share with you guys 'cause I knew some of you guys really want to play it. There is plenty of time left on the beta. About 26 days left!

I'm not claiming I'm a genius or anything. I just followed directions in a warez thread. Nothing special on my part. So don't assume I know everything about burning 360 games and what not

Yeah, this site is only about Halo. If anybody were to post something non-Halo related, there would be a good chance that person would get banned

Ha! Well yea, I mean, You don't have to be complete genius to figure this stuff out. It's fairly simple. Have you ever burned a dvd before? Maybe a movie or an .iso image? Once you've done downloading the iso image. You just simply burn it to a reg 4.7 gig blank dvd. Thats all. Then put it in your 360, go to your videos and press X to change source and select the dvd. OR just go to your games library and the game should pop up there. Any better?
