I think there are more than 4 character types to choose from. I'm sure they're more customizable.

Dude, is anybody as excited for THIS game as I am? It looks absolutely fucking epic and intense and several other adjectives.
It's based off Event Horizon too, one of the scariest movie I've ever seen. I've never played a game that actually scared me, I'm hoping this one will. I'm never gonna play before 9:00, and I won't wear any pants. Every thing scarier without pants on.
