What is Comments, Questions & Suggestions all about?
This forum was created in an effort to clean up the News & Site Suggestions forum (which will now be called Site News and Updates).
Anyone can post here.
Have a suggestion on how to make the site better? Post it here.
Are you concerned about a thread in a specific forum? Post it here.

What's the point of this? But it does make sense that only mods can make the threads in the updates because the members suggest and the mods post I guess? Actually, it doesn't really make sense lol. Explain please.

No old threads are going to be deleted.
This is the place where people can say "Hey my username is black" or "Halomega tourney" or "I think we need a new hack" or other stuff.
Threads in the Site News and Updates Forum will be official releases to keep members updated on what is going on. The point is for important site threads to not get lost in with the suggestions and comments.

Understandable, the two forums being seperate make the section looking cleaner without having member's threads and admin/official threads being in the section.
